Risk Assessments for Bulgaria, Denmark, Myanmar, Slovakia, and Vietnam Open for Consultation

FSC International is inviting all interested stakeholders to provide their feedback on new risk assessments – for Bulgaria, Denmark, Myanmar, Slovakia and Vietnam – between 1 and 31 May 2016.

The five new draft risk assessments were conducted as part of the centralized national risk assessment project, which is co-ordinated by FSC International’s Policy and Standards Unit. The risk assessments and forms for submitting comments will be available for download on the consultation webpage.

Stakeholder feedback received during the consultation period will be used to finalize the risk assessments before they are formally approved. Once approved, they will be used by organizations implementing the standard FSC-STD-40-005 V3-0 EN Requirements for Sourcing FSC Controlled Wood to source controlled wood from these countries.
