All stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on risk assessments for Denmark, Ireland, Latvia, Spain, and Viet Nam. The consultation will be open until 31 March 2017.

FSC risk assessments are used to determine the risk of an organization obtaining material from unacceptable wood sources when sourcing controlled wood.

Currently, risk assessments for Category 4 are based only on legal analysis. And we ask that stakeholders provide information regarding forest conversion data. Stakeholder feedback received during the consultation period will be used to finalize these risk assessments. Read more…
